1. The Promotion

1.1.         The referral promotion (Promotion) is open to all customers of Radius Payment Solutions Limited or its holding or subsidiary companies (Radius) in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, but excludes Radius’ employees and their families.

1.2.         To participate in the Promotion, a customer who wishes to refer another business (Referrer) must register at the Promotion site https://go.radiusrefer.com/PB6X7K/join and follow the instructions. Once registered the Referrer will receive a link which can be shared with another sole trader or company that has agreed to participate in the Promotion (Referred Company).

1.3.         Referred Company must use the referral link that the Referrer shares with them and follow the instructions.

1.4.         Referred Company can be referred by one Referrer only. If the same Referred Company is referred by more than one Referrer, the first Referrer to refer that Referred Company (having received the relevant consent) will receive the gift under this Promotion.

2.             Valid Referral

2.1.         To make a valid referral:

2.1.1.  The Referrer must have the consent of the Referred Company prior to referring them to Radius;

2.1.2.  Referred Company must not be existing customer of Radius;

2.1.4 Referees cannot be private individual;

2.1.4.  Referred Company must pass the credit check and their application must be accepted by Radius; and

2.1.5.   Once the application is accepted by Radius, Referred Company will receive one or more fuel cards and must make an initial purchase of fuel over 50 litres within 6 weeks of opening their account (Valid Purchase).

 

3.             Reward and Offers

3.1.         The Promotion commences on 06/02/2023 and closes on 08/12/2024.

3.2.         Once a Valid Purchase is made, the Referred Company will receive £25 discount on their next purchase of fuel, and the Referrer will receive £25 Amazon voucher (Gift) within 60 days after the Referred Company makes a Valid Purchase.

3.3.         There is no limit to the number of Companies that can be referred. 

3.4.         A Referrer will be notified of their Gift via the email address provided at registration.

3.6.         Radius reserves the right to offer a similar gift, or gift of equal or greater value if the Gift is unavailable.

3.7.         Radius reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

 

4.             Privacy

4.1.         Personal data supplied as part of the Promotion will only be processed as set out in the Radius privacy policy: Privacy Policy - Radius Payment Solutions

 

5.             General

5.1.         The Gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of Radius regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promotion and its benefits are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

5.2.         Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Radius reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion anyone that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

5.3.         Referrers may not participate in the Promotion where doing so would be prohibited under the code of conduct and/or any other applicable policies of their company.

5.4.         The Promotion will be governed by English law and participants of the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

5.5.         Radius is the promoter of the Promotion, and it is not sponsored by or in association with any third party that is not within the Radius group.
